  • Timor is awesome! Like several other yelpers noted, he is worth the wait (and note that he said next year he plans to hire a few additional people, so that will help). He was right on time and an expert with the old A/C unit. He checked the unit for mold, and showed me how to clean the unit by myself. The installation (including him patiently answering all of my questions!) was probably only 45 minutes total. Fast and easy. The level of service Timor provided definitely surpassed my expectations. In addition, he's a super nice guy and pretty cool (no pun intended) to hang with for 45min. If we need air conditioning in any future emergency , I know who to call.
