| - You want an HONEST Yelp review? Here's one....
I've lived in Las Vegas since 1978. I've been to countless AMPs (Asian Message Parlors). Gawd knows there are a crapload of them in Vegas. Some give okay massages and some are money-grabbing "happy ending" joints. "New Life Foot Massage" is a legit joint!
Yeah, I've read through a bunch of these Yelp reviews. And, yeah, a lot of them sound like they are fake (submitted by owners/employee). I am neither an owner, an employee, nor know or related to any of the above.
As were other Yelp reviews, I was introduced to this place via Groupon. (For the record, I *hate* Groupon ... for so many reasons!) Don't buy a Groupon. Massages are the same price -- with or without a Groupon. $20 + $10 tip for a great one-hour massage is simply a bottom-basement bargain!
Like a good restaurant one can often tell how good a business is by its clientele. This place is swarmed with Asian customers. (So many that, if you are not Asian, you may feel out of place. DON'T!) Expect a great, sixty minute, truly relaxing massage. That's exactly what you'll get.
The first visit to any place (especially a massage joint) always feels kinda odd. I've had that feeling an hundred times. That's why I'm posting this review - and these further notes....
Guys, do NOT expect a "HE." It's not that kinda joint.
Come dressed in relaxing, loose-fitting clothes (shorts and a t-shirt).
The inner "sanctum" (main massage room) appears to have ten beds/massage tables. Don't worry about the lack of privacy. The room is dark, quiet, relaxing music playing. And nobody is either totally naked or screaming in pain/ecstasy! (That may or may not be a good thing!!)
Okay, enough reviewing. Fair and balanced ... this place is 5*.
