** UPDATE** Amanda, thank you for your response! You are correct people do make mistakes and this was two years ago - as stated in my review. When a nice mama in a FB group we were both in posted about asking for advice on what to do with a photographer not giving them their photos, I messaged her and was deeply saddened to find out that it was the same photographer.. You. And her and I were not the only ones. I can confirm with your last statement. Yelp did delete reviews because I had left one in 2014 that is now gone. I felt I needed to tell my story as well.
As for posting my photos, when you asked about sneak peeks I said clothed and appropriate for Facebook. You are right, the first was. And my statement stands. The next ones I was very uncomfortable with but did not say anything because I did not have my photos and they were in fact late. Once I received my photos I asked you to take them all down and you did. I do appreciate that!
I did receive my photos (late). I stated that in my original review. But I did not receive my calendar - which was suppose to be my actual gift. Even after many many attempts to get in contact with you and even offering to pick it up.
I completely understand things happy. People make mistakes - we are all human. But to cut off contact with your customers when you are behind is unprofessional and cruel. Your work is amazing - truly amazing and if this rating was regarding your work or even you... It would be 5 stars. I loved working with you! But the way you handled this situation (and others) is not right.
As for the calendar, I would love the calendar... Again, I tried getting it by sending you many messages. I will try again sending my AZ address via Yelp. And I do hope to receive it.
