I signed up for a 6 Week Challenge at the end of September 2016 in an effort to jumpstart a regular exercise routine again. The 6 weeks were very challenging but very rewarding. My lower back pain went away and my strength improved immensely - and continues to improve. All of the coaches are great and the community is great. Fellow members are all friendly and encouraging. One of the things I like most is the constant focus on proper form so you 1.) do not get hurt and 2.) get the most out of your workout. As a person who has practiced yoga for over ten years, this is a trait I really appreciate. Members range in all ages which is a nice little bonus too. As a woman in my late 40's, I do not feel uncomfortable working out with others in their 20's - no one is worried about what they look like or if they are better than you. Everyone is there to be healthy and support each other. Great environment!
