Very Dissapointed. We purchased 3 Mazda CX 5. The first was when he dealer was Biddulf Mazda. They were honest and reputable. Once Cardinale Way took over the LIES BEGAN. The biggest lie was concerning providing a loaner car when service was needed. Of course we took the dealer at their word. Big Mistake. They say one thing and do another. Is that hippacritical?
The BIGGEST mistake is the extended warranty. We purchased a 7 year extended warranty. It is not seven years because the manufacturer covers the car for the first three. The battery went bad after the first year. We had the car towed, thinking our extended warranty would cover all? It covered nothing. Battery after 1 year is not covered. The towing was not covered. The battery not covered. We wanted our money back for the unused warranty, being it was never used. They will send in a cancellation of the 7 year warranty then they will be prorating the amount of the credit. I will put the $2,700.00 back in the bank and pay for a service if needed. The point is the staff changed nearly every time I visit the dealership. Salesman,managers are all new. Any promises at least to me are not fulfilled. The people that work their are pleasant. However each on on a different message. If anyone at that dealership offers anything, make sure it is in writing. What happened to the days of a handshake. The problem is nobody is ever there the next time I return. I am done with the dealer run around.
