  • Today was my second time visiting this location . This time for a followup . Maybe it is good I'm writing this review now vs then . Six months ago I probably would have given three stars. This time I feel the friendly , efficient person at the front set the tone for a very smooth visit . I was very happy to see the same technologist for my exam . She is friendly and excellent . The ultrasound tech was very warm , kind and professional . My check in was 1030 and I was on my way home by 11:25 very relieved and happy . I also must commend the scheduling team who rescheduled me when they realized a radiologist was needed to read my results during my appointment . Noone wants a call back after their first mammogram and thats what happened to me three years ago in California . Kaiser let me stress and twist in the wind waiting for results . It was so awful . Thank you Simon Med for a great experience . See you next time .
