| - where do i begin... with the piece of shit who owns the place or the piece of shit product he gave us.
my fiancé went in here to get my dad a customized bat for his birthday; couldn't have been a bigger mistake. he (per my request) ask for the word Tuna (my dads nickname) in script / cursive lettering, a chief wahoo and his birth date. i don't know the name of this ass hole but apparently he suggested also writing a message that he will put on the bat at no extra cost. cool, whatever. the whole thing is $300 which at first i was like that's a bit much but it's probably gonna be really nice.
my fiancé goes back with the message in my handwriting to go on the bat, this is the day before my dads birthday and he says he will actually have it ready in time for us. great! except not.
my fiancé goes to pick up the bat to bring for my dads birthday and wow where do i begin? first, "tuna" is written in block lettering, which i didn't ask for. second, ink is bleeding from the letters and smeared. third, there is no birthday. fourth, none of the i's are dotted nor are there any apostrophes in my message.
he brings it back and it's a kid this time who is extremely apologetic (later we find out this is the guys son, i feel so bad for this kid). he keeps the bat and tells my fiancé he will try to fix it OR start over and also gives him $50 out of pocket. ok once again, whatever. we go to my dads birthday dinner empty handed.
fast forward to today; my fiancé goes back to see what's up and the guy is legit screaming at him. he said it doesn't get nicer than this and this is as quality as it gets. ALSO says that "i don't know what's wrong with your fiancée but you need to either get her under control or bring her here and i'll get her under control, this is why i don't deal with women". proceeds to step to my fiancé and lock the door in his face and says "i'm done with this fucking shit". also said no refunds. big mistake.
oh boy buddy, you really shouldn't deal with women, especially not me. i don't know who this pompous, holier than thou, flaming piece of shit, proud douche bag idiot thinks he is but a word of advice to anyone who still would ever want to go to this shit hole, he makes you pay up front, so that when you get your garbage you can't return it or ask for a refund. my fiancé already called the credit card company to dispute the charge so we're getting our money back either way.
