  • I've been to Baoding twice and each time was fantastic. It's hard to find authentic Asian food in Charlotte, but Baoding is one of the rare few. The owner is Taiwanese, which reflects in the flavoring of the meals too. That was even more of a plus because it hit the spot even closer to home. My favorite is the seafood clay pot, but the duck and mushy are also great.
