I woke up this morning to low tire pressure so I took my car to a Discount Tire in Mesa. An employee filled my tires with air and while doing so found a nail in one of the tires. I work in Chandler so I decided to drive my car to the Cooper location, hitch a ride to work with a friend, and leave my car to have the tire fixed.
I didn't even make it to the door before Matt came out, introduced himself and asked how he could help out. Matt was friendly, polite, and treated our interaction as more than a simple business transaction. In no time at all I was leaving my car to be attended to and within an hour it was ready to go.
I head up the customer service department for the company I work with and we always strive to offer the best service possible. It seems like great service is more of an exception now than a standard so it's very noticeable when given. Matt and the team at Discount did an outstanding job.
