rev:text	Stay Away!! Worst rental experience ever!! I have been renting for approx. 13 years and 2 years in this specific building. I originally moved in here due to the location and proximity to the C-train. However no matter how convienent that may be it is not worth staying here!!! This has absolutely been the worst rental experience I've ever had. If you rent here do not count on ever getting any peace and quiet or relaxing in your own apt. Without worry about when staff will be coming in next. Every time you turn around try are needing in to your apartment for one thing or another. Nothing ever seems to be working. Thee hot water is always down and then maintenance has to come in and out for repairs. Or sometimes the water is down all together for the whole building. I had water leaking from my ceiling this week and the maintenance staff came loudly into my apartment while I was trying to sleep for work( I work nights) and then knocked on my bedroom door. For a woman living alone it is scary to have a group of strange men constantly coming in and out of your apartment. They have been coming in and out of my apartment all week and will be continuing to do so next week as well.And now on top of that they will having someone coming in next week doing something with the fire boxes and alarms. There must be some problem with the fire alarms in the building too because it seems like they are constantly having to set of fire alarms. Oh and when maintenance does enter they do no do so quietly, they come in talking loudly and making comments about your dirty dishes in the sink. I feel I have had absolutely no privacy living here and sometimes have to go to be fully clothed because I have no idea when they will come barging into my suite while I am sleeping. ( I work nights) Also the elevators are always broke down and I sometimes wait up to 15 mins for an elevator. Oh and forget about using the pool, it only seems to be open about a couple weeks of the year. And let's not forget the ridiculous rent increases. When first moved in my ret was $980. After the first term was up they increased my rent to $1040. The. When that second term was up it was increased to $1200!! That is a $220 increase in 2 years for a 1 bedroom apartment where everything is always broken and Inhave no privacy!! But worst of all is the management. They have absolutely zero flexibility with you when arranging when all of these maintenance people will be coming and going from your place. They put a sign on your door saying anytime between 9-5 and that's that. They are very rude and unhelpful. It wouldn't be such a problem but they seem to need to enter at LEASt once every 2 weeks. Anyway I would recommend that anyone stay far farrrrrr away from this place. I
