Arrived with a party of 5 at noon on a Wednesday, the place wasn't busy. Two women and three children. Was seated and nobody ever came to serve us, not even to take a drink order. Never got kids menus. We caught the wait staff glaring at us multiple times, including eye contact. We tried to flag down the wait staff multiple times and were ignored. Finally left the restaurant, it was the most discriminated I've ever felt in my life. Wasted so much time parking in Oakland to boot, worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Don't seat your guests and then treat them terribly.
Normally love Big Burrito restaurants, been to many, always felt welcome as a parent and patron. This was terrible.
