  • I received a one-year membership to Massage Envy for my birthday, and all I can say, is I WANT MY FRIEND'S MONEY BACK! I have gone in four times now, and all four times were absolutely TERRIBLE. I requested a deep-tissue massage, and asked the therapist to focus on my problem areas, and not only was the pressure soft, it was also not concentrated on my problem areas. The front desk staff is nice when you walk in, but the quality of the actual service is poor to say the least. To add insult to injury, it's really quite irritating when you pay for a 60 minute massage, and the therapist gets you from the waiting room 7 minutes into your paid 60 minutes. They then give you 5 minutes to undress. Finally, they wrap up 7 minutes before the hour is over to give you time to get dressed again, and tell you about their facials. I paid for a 60 minute massage, and was massaged for about 40 minutes. I will absolutely not be going back to this location again.
