| - Janeal did her work, as defined by the management, well enough. The salon was devoid of any other customers. The three employees were attentive, pleasant and ready to perform their work. That's where it no longer worked for me. I don't like checking in when the business is serving no one else. I have no desire whatsoever to give my phone number, email address, first and last name just to get a haircut ! I don't want to be inundated with promos or follow up looking to remind me to return or suggest a date, time, appointment, or reserving a stylist, which I know is going to be the order of the day soon enough. There must be a way to circumvent this as an opt out. But NO !! Doesn't exist. Then, being mostly bald now, to pay $19.00 for a 5 minute sit in the chair is not meeting my needs or expectations. Not even close ! I cannot see returning to this franchise.
