  • Made a appt two weeks out for an oil change and when I arrived at 800 when they opened the service advisor was very short with me and seemed irritated and said it would probably take 90 minutes. I thought this was long since I had made an appt and he went on say they were backed up an he was going to have to do the oil change himself. He was very disagreeable ...I told him I was going to do a review on yelp and he asked me please do it so they can maybe fix their internal problems. I was evaluating AAA this facility for future service for my families three cars but I will not be going here for anything ever.
