  • STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!! They have the most deceptive sales practices I have ever encountered. Lied to me about the terms straight out .. oh and added a year when they convinced me to get a 4g connection to allow the system to even work properly. I would rather take the $43 a month I send them and flush it down a toilet. System is less than useless and disconnected. If you must have monitoring look somewhere else...anywhere else. I had ADT previously and was MUCH happier at least they did not act like stuck-up a88holes when I called. As many others here have stated I have notes all over my account that it is to be cancelled IMMEDIATELY upon expiration of the term and as it gets closer I may consider buying it out (maybe in all pennies that might be fun)
