Placed an order for lunch delivery through BiteSquad. The delivery was set for an hour after the order was placed. 70 minutes later I messaged BiteSquad to check on the delivery eta. They informed me they hadn't been able to reach the restaurant via phone or online since we placed the order. I don't know if they are closed on Fridays or just don't answer the phone. They wasted our lunch break and cost themselves some customers.
