  • This location sucks at customer service, and the prices are also inflated compared to other Starbucks locations. They usually do refills on tea and coffee here for 55 cents (no free refills because it's not a corporate location). However on my last visit I ordered a pineapple black tea. When I asked to pay for a refill I was told that the flavored teas aren't considered normal teas. Such BS because this is the only location that says this, free or not. They claimed I'd have to buy a whole new drink for 5 bucks? Forget that! Probably won't be back
