| - Review number 1000 for Umiya woohoo!
I've been here twice now, and I gotta say that overall this is my second favorite ayce sushi place in Vegas (Sushi-mon on Sahara still being number one on my list). Most ayce sushi places that I know of have a 1 hour time limit, but the time limit here is a generous 90 minutes. $20.95 for lunch (11AM-3PM) and $25.95 for dinner (3PM-Close). They have a broad selection of items from ramen/udon noodles, to grilled skewers, ribeye steak (1 order per person), miso marinated pork belly, and a vast array of nigiri and rolls. Their fish is pretty fresh, and I like how they don't put a lot of rice in their nigiri. However, the service was a bit inconsistent today. One of the servers was really accommodating and on top of our orders, but it seemed like some of the other servers there were trying to rush us out. My buddy was eating his ramen, and even though he wasn't done, they kept trying to take it away lol. Also, he literally asked for his salad like 5 times before it finally came out. Not sure what happened there...
I would say that coming here for lunch is definitely a bargain at $20.95. Even if you're not a huge fan of sushi, they have enough non-sushi items that will compensate for that price.
