After nearly 3 weeks of unresolved issues, our oven is still not fixed and no one is returning our calls. Additionally, we paid the service charge upfront and the tech Caesar did not even diagnose the problem by taking apart the oven when he arrived. He simply ordered the part he "thought it was" and after waiting more than 10 days for it to come in, found out it was the wrong part. There is no communication from this company unless you reach out to them and even then, no professionalism. As of today, we are still waiting to hear back from him as to when the correct part (s) will arrive. No messages are being returned. So frustrating! Wish I would have seen all the horrible reviews prior, however the original company that we called (C&C Repair) sent Caesar from Appliance RX instead of Tandy from C&C Repair. We have since contacted a different company to repair what should have been done weeks ago.
