  • So we went in hungry and craving a variety of sushi rolls. Except we came in at 3:30pm and from 12-4pm they have a very limited lunch menu (which we didn't know about). So we were seriously on the verge of leaving, not because we were mad but because we just REALLY wanted sushi and didn't want to trouble them. But our waitress Sheila convinced us to stay and told us that she will request the Sushi chef to start the dinner menu early. We ended up getting the full dinner menu released to us about 30 minutes earlier, the service was great, and hands down the best Japanese dishes I've ever had. We ended up just getting one Specialty roll, but tried a variety of other things like: short rib plate, tuna tostada, sweet shrimp, oysters, and baked green mussels. Then the chef gave us a complimentary salmon dish with some kind of ponzu sauce and pop rocks.... soooo good! Sheila said the chef sent it out because we were being patient with them even though I felt like it was the other way around since they changed up their whole service routine for us. Needless to say, we'll be back... and we live in Henderson.
