  • I ventured out of my typical Target, I can see why I stick to my normal one! This location I remember years ago looked a complete mess. I felt like I was digging through displays to find what I wanted. Today was no exception. Want to find a little girls shirt inside out and on the wrong rack? Consider it done. Want to find a toy in the frozen food? You got it. Want to make a purchase and the cashier calls the manager (who won't answer questions. Thanks Stephanie store manager!) because it's more than 2 of something? Done! Now the best part of all of this is I wanted to buy something that is like a "blind box" in that you don't know what tiny toy you get until you open it, and there's over 50 of them. Considering it's a toy that has several different types of sizes, colors, series, etc, the combinations of what you can get are endless. But to limit a customer to 2 when they want more is not understandable, especially when corporate stated to go back and get as many as you want. So I did. And yet they STILL don't follow corporates rules. The manager didn't care, even care enough to say it herself. Just had someone on a wallow talkie relay her message that she won't listen to corporate and the associate just walked away. Good luck yo this location with upcoming Christmas season, consider putting up signs at least that you're going to limit items (at your discretion, what items and how many and what your guidelines are) even if your signs may have to be handwritten since it's outside of Target corporates guidelines! This is not a good experience! Update: had to run in this morning to this location, wow is this a sad looking store! Are there no more dress codes for Target or employee handbooks on how to look like you somewhat enjoy your job? It wasn't necessary to hear that an employee just got in to work and can't wait to get out to the cashier standing next to her while she rang me up. Don't worry target, I will still shop you and use my target redcard, just not here! Ever! I walked out and was so glad to be out!
