  • I have a serious phobia of the dentist. Because of this, I had not seen a dentist in 5-6 years. I knew that it was time and I happened into this office while out for a walk. They made an appointment and I didn't go. I was scared and couldn't get there (that's how bad the phobia is). I made another appointment and had xrays and pictures taken. They were able to schedule 7am deep cleans (I needed two, one on each side) 1 week apart. This is key because the longer I have to think about the appointment, the less likely I am to show up. The dentist wrote a prescription to help with my anxiety. Mercedes is amazing. She has a calm and caring demeanor and was very patient with me. While I'm not looking forward to going back, I do appreciate that this place has quality staff, the hygienists are professional, and the office is very nice. My smile looks great!
