This review is long overdue..been about 2 months or so.
So me + friends booked a room with 2 beds, but instead got 1 king.
This was after the fact that I confirmed the room early that morning with 2 beds.
We booked on their website.
1 King does not work when you have 4 girls and they said they were fully booked.
SO then they said they would provide those roll-away beds.
Every time we called they said it would be there in 15 mins...and we called a bunch (8 times!).
So instead of wasting our time and waiting for the beds, we went out.
We come back at 3am and NO ROLLAWAY BEDS! WTH!
So after complaining they offered us $50 resort credit to compensate us....uh...no! Our problem will not go away for $50!
How can $50 resort credit help the fact that we don't have a bed to sleep on?
We kept going on and on until 4:30am. Then a miracle happens, they said a room was available with 2 beds!!! at 4:30AM!
Let me just say it's not easy moving 4 girls in the wee hours of the night after being out all night.
BTW we weren't treated very well when we hit up XS either.
Encore ruined our special trip....
Nobody should be treated like this in a 4 star hotel whether or not you're a hotel guest!
The only the difference between a real classy upscale hotel and a fake one that only tries to be what it's not... is ultimately how they treat their guests/clients!
This would have never happened to us in Venetian/Palazzo!
