rev:text	Promised a print "by 5 p.m." I received the proof at 4 (sent in at noon) was told the very small job would be ready "well before 5." We then received an unsolicited request for payment via e-pay, although we'd already expressed we'd pay for the order at pickup. Sent a driver at 4:45, who asked when job would be done. He called back to our office at 4:58, needing to make another pickup by 5:30 before another business closed. He was told by Prisma "it'll be another 30 minutes." He left for another pickup on the other side of town. At 5:06, I received a call that the print job was done. By 5:13, before we'd picked up the print job, we had received two emails asking that we rate this business positively on social media. When I asked about closing, I was told that they close promptly at 6 p.m., so our driver had to rush all the way back across town to pickup a print job that had he been accurately informed, could have waited another 9 minutes and taken with him. Front desk and print shop apparently don't communicate well. So Prisma Printing, I'm reviewing you on social media as youv'e (twice) asked. The signs were printed exactly as expected, more or less at the time as expected, but your requesting e-payment from a corporate client when you'd already agreed to payment on pickup, the communication challenges between your print desk, customer desk, and our offices, coupled with the multiple requests for positive review on social soured me on the experience.
