  • My American Airlines flight was cancelled and they gave me a room at this place. The only positive is that AA paid for this cheap hotel. All rooms have outside entrances and very thin walls. The noise is extremely bad and made sleep difficult. I arrived at 10 pm, they had no food in their lobby market and basically told me I was outta luck. There were no restaurants within walking distance. The room was basic and not well maintained. American Airlines obviously has no regard for its customers that they profess to take care of. They should be ashamed of putting their customers in such a low-class hotel.
