  • FINAL UPDATE: Oscar at Dealer's Choice went above and beyond to make the situation right. He is a great guy to work with and very fair. I would take my car and or refer others to his business. It's too bad I got caught in the middle of the transition from Exclusive Collision to Dealer's Choice - but in the end Oscar made everything right. I'd give them a second chance. I recommend checking out Dealer's Choice on YELP - Oscar has more recent reviews there. UPDATE 5/26: Exclusive's office manager called me asking me to take down my review because it gives them and Oscar at Dealer's Choice a bad name. She eluded to Oscar doing me some favors and I corrected her and reminded her that Oscar (at Dealer's Choice) is fixing a problem that Exclusive Collision created. I will consider revising my review and updating once my problems are resolved. As it stands now I am waiting to hear from Oscar on next steps for resolution. He gave me his word that he will make things right and I am trusting that he will. I have removed the office manager's name from the review to respect her privacy. The owner's name is well known as mentioned in previous Yelp reviews, so his name will stay. 5/25: Exclusive Collision Center is no longer in business people. If the business had been upfront and direct with me about their supposed "move" down on Curry then I would've never left my car with them. I only chose them because of the great reviews on Yelp. I only dealt with Jeremy and the office manager and neither of them were honest. They only fed me lies and pretty words to keep my business. Dealer's Choice is now taking care of all the cars that were initially taken to Exclusive. After 2.5 weeks (it was initially estimated at 1 week) I finally picked up my car to realize that other damages were not repaired as promised and agreed (um what the heck were you doing with my car for 2.5 weeks). The passenger door has a ding in it even though it was supposedly replaced. And it was replaced with an aftermarket door because the door handle no longer allows auto entry with the remote key. I will be following up with my insurance and Oscar at Dealer's Choice to get this all corrected. I am NOT happy.
