  • The staff was very professional and courteous, but the cars could use some TLC. The first car I received (a Toyota Camry) had the tire light on when I got it. I informed the staff and they were quick to resolve the matter. I then took the car home only to discover the next morning that the card had an oil leak, staining my garage floor. I took it back in, got a replacement (Chevy Malibu), drove off only to see the tire light on this car as well. Additionally, the car did not even have a key fob, just a regular key. I guess it pays to step up to the higher end rental agencies to ensure a better quality of product.
