  • We took my son here recently to get a cut. Krystal was amazing - she took time to tell him what she was doing and his cut looked good! She did what we asked for. The next time we went we saw Star and she had a crappy attitude from the beginning. My son is 2... so, he's little and still learning. She was trash talking wiggly kids and kids who screamed (my son has done both when he was littler). She was definitely insinuating that he wasn't obedient enough for her and that he may not get a lollipop if he didn't do exactly as she said. Uhhhh... he's 2! We definitely won't be seeing her again. She also totally butchered his hair. I'll admit he wasn't sitting the most still but she didn't even do what I asked. And he was obviously uncomfortable so I wasn't going to ask her to fix it.
