  • We just took the macaron class at Le Dolci and it was the best money spent. You're not just paying for a single class and running away with a dozen macaons. You are also making a professional connection to the baker. The instructor truly want you to succeed in making macarons at home and encourages everyone to contact them for any question. Lindsay is knowledgeable, funny, passionate and reminds me of a certain rising pastry chef, Christina Tosi. We will be booking another class next month on croissants.
