  • I boarded my 3 pets here for a few nights while we were moving all our stuff from the truck since we just moved here from San Diego the same night i drop them off. I used to work in an animal hospital for a long time and noticed a few things. Although, i think they took really good care of my pets except that they forgot to give their complimentary baths or even brush them before they go home? they need to remind the kennel people in the back because it's one of the things that clients would notice. At my old hospital, before we send pets home from boarding, we make sure that they were brushed or whatever just to show their owners that we're taking care of their pets not just to take them to go potty. Boarding prices were okay, it's a pretty decent price. Receptions are nice especially the one who helped me check out my babies, sorry i forgot your name but you have such a good customer service and have such a pretty smiling face! you know who you are! :) The one who checked me in, meh. But overall it was an ''okay'' experience.
