  • 1 star because i have to... and because their is good menudo across the street. Worst place to live. Short 8 months of living there... neighbor across the way got murdered. Cops asking to search everyone's home for a child that got kid napped. Drug deals around every corner. Jobless "men" smoking weed on our stair case all day and parting until 6am. No security. Roaches. Dumpster over filling. Homeless people in the dumpsters all day or living in a broken down car in the back parking lot. nobody here seems to know what respect is including the office staff. Play ground which is more of a giant litter box. Stray cats everywhere. Horrible construction with the light rails. Place is dump which is why you can get a 2 bedroom for $500. Place is not worth it.
