My mother friend went to here to purchase a souvenir charm but she end up experiencing the uttermost HORRIBLE customer service. This incident happened on July 11, 2017. Megan, a young sales rep seem like she was new and did tried her best to help my mother friend. What happened was that she forgot her credit card and was trying to make a purchase on her card. However in the past she was able to purchase items without her card by providing social, drivers card or whatever that is asked for. So when Megan asked what appeared to her supervisor for help, she did not seem receptive into helping her nor did she has a pleasant attitude. Long story short the manager was not able to purchase the item because she stated the store is "fairly new" what kind of lousy excuse was that? So in the end my mother friend was not able to get the deal and left unsatisfied.
