If I could give zero stars I would. We had requested for a vehicle in which to fit our five children the week before we were going to pick up the Rent-A-Car. We then called the day before and again reminded Ben that we would need a vehicle in which to accommodate our five children. The first car that they provided we were unable to fit everyone comfortably, after waiting more than one hour in the Las Vegas heat for them to provide the vehicle. The second vehicle that they provided had medication that are two-year-old found. Additionally they gave us the vehicle filthy. There was an odor in the vehicle. I called to complain and Ben stated that he had been doing us a favor. What kind of customer service is that? We did call corporate to complain about the poor customer service, filthy vehicle, and the attitude given to us by Ben, who is supposed to be the manager.
