  • I also purchased a voucher from Living Social and apparently it was only good for a hot water rinsing which, as we all know, is not good enough to clean grout. So I had to pay an extra $200 cash (no receipt) for them to use actual cleaning chemical agent to make the grout "look like new". He told me it would take 6-8 hours for grout to completely dry so I couldn't judge the quality of the cleaning at the time of his departure. My grout looks almost exactly the same as it did before they came and "cleaned" it. And since I paid cash to get a better price, I was not entitled to a receipt which means I have no proof that I gave the employee $200 to clean my grout "professionally". The next day after I realized the grout was hardly "like new", I went online and found several negative feedback postings here on YELP. I wish I would have done my homework before purchasing the voucher from a random company. I assumed Living Social only sold vouchers for respectable, legit companies, but it looks like that is not the case. I would not recommend this company.
