  • I should have checked out the reviews before ordering pizza from these guys. It takes almost 50 minutes for the pizza to arrive from the time the order is placed, which I would not have had a problem with if the pizzas were warm. Once the pizza arrived they were cold and soggy. I called the location again to simply ask the breakdown of the total bill the guy who took the call, possibly the owner, gave me a lots of attitude and informed me that he invested $150,0000 into his system. This is when I stopped being nice and raised my voice telling him I did not care about his investments and that all bills must be itemized. I told him having a single line item showing the total charge on the receipt is not helpful. For a guy who is pretty gruff on the phone and quick to talk over his customers he went on to tell me to calm down and that's when I lost it it. The only 'nice' thing about this situation was the delivery guy since he was polite. The person handling phone orders can learn his delivery guy.
