  • I have lived in this apartment complex for over 3 years. The apartment itself is very spacious. Not only does it have a large living room, but it also has a large dining room that is connected to the living room (this is rare)! My favorite part of the apartment is that it has multiple options for storage. My one bedroom apartment has 4 closets, a laundry room/pantry, a lot of cabinets in both the kitchen and bathroom, and one also has the option to rent a garage. The staff is friendly and personable and maintenance always responds quickly. The grounds of the complex are neat and well taken care of. I should also mention that this complex has a great location. It is a 5 minute walk from Meijer, a 5 minute drive to Walmart, around the corner from other various stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and Carle. If you are interested in using public transportation, there is a bus stop right across from the complex and so this is a great option for graduate students or faculty/staff at the university. If you are looking for a quiet, clean and spacious apartment, Amber Pointe is definitely a great option!
