  • Cancelled the day of the move. Great on the phone and excellent customer service right up until the decided they wouldn't do the move, then they would not answer the phone. I had to give a downpayment to reserve them, but they didn't reserve me. Created havoc. All this during finals week. Missed study time, missed flights, missed wedding, hotel expenses, etc. If I could give less than zero, I would.
