  • OMG are you kidding me? Add this to another person who wasted an entire day waiting for these utterly unprofessional idiots to come pick up my car! I wish I would have thought to check Yelp before I wasted my entire day. It's been 5 hours now and he's supposedly "on his way". AVOID! I called Statefarm and DEMANDED that they take this sh*t company off their list. Such utter disregard for people's time.
