I saw the advertisement for one week of free training and decided to check it out. After that week, I was hooked! The instructors are super friendly, pushing you but not to the point of being obnoxious. The workouts are challenging and varied from class to class. I wasn't in great shape coming into this but the trainers help you advance at your own pace. Each week I feel stronger, more coordinated and confident. If you're looking for a fun, and engaging workout you should give Title a try!
