This experience started well and then went unpleasant.
My hairdresser was really nice and made great conversation. Gave some good advice but wasn't ready to take some suggestions from us regarding how I wanted my hair to look when she was done. Despite how great it started, my stylist repeated several times that had I come in as a regular price paying customer instead of using a Groupon to pay, then the level of attention and available time would have been more. Each time we felt she got a little closer to what we wanted we didn't want to ask her to do anything else because she was getting very irritated and short with us.
I was so upset to know that I tipped her on the price of a regular $130 service and I bought product from the store. However, I felt cheap and then made to feel cheap, as though because I didn't pay full-price I didn't get the best quality service.
I thought Groupons drive traffic and business to companies or businesses who are looking to increase their business or exposure to attract new clientele?! This company needs to weed out the bad attitude to make that happen.
