  • The quality of the work that Zerorez performs is without question. It is absolutely 5 star all the way. The problem with them is their deceptive pricing practices. The first time is a mistake. The second time is a choice. I have two bedrooms and a living room of carpet and call for the three room special for $89 only to be charged $132 as the front room counts as two rooms even though the kitchen and bathrooms all have tile. They sent a coupon last time, because they incorrectly priced my sectional and I want to paying over $400 for the stairs carpet and I have my sectional. It was a coupon or a gift card I couldn't find it and I never used it anyway. I would rather have known up front that their services were going to be $132 instead of the promised $89 so called special. It's a bait and switch and I feel like this company should sell used cars. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is Zach the tech did great work and their product is good. I don't want to stick it to him, for the quality of work that he provided. I definitely will never use this company again if I can help it. They screwed me twice as hard to recommend a company like this and give them five stars. I will be careful and tell my friends about their pricing policy so they know upfront. This company obviously have so much business if they don't need the money anyway.
