  • This was my first time at purrfect. They greeted me warmly. The waiting room was comfortable, clean and they were playing kung-fu movies. I went in to just get a smog check but they also did a quick inspection for free. They found that my coolant was empty and my transmission fluid badly needed to be changed. I had some work done a couple months ago at another place and they didn't say anything about these things. So, I was pretty happy that purrfect noticed it. Since it was my first time they even gave me a bit of a discount. Overall it was a great experience and I'll definitely be back for any other mechanical needs.
