Dr. Veena and her assistant were beyond helpful. As another yelper put it, they were angels. After our Gunner had lost the will to even move or eat, we made the decision to help him cross the bridge. Dr. Veena and her assistant were helpful and understanding of our condition at that time. In the past, we have lost several pets. This is the only time that it felt better, or the best it could be. We weren't in a cold Dr's office. Having this done at home made it seemed better. They handle the payment with decorum, and explained the process of having him cremated. I do not mind going to pick up Gunner's ashes at all, and I actually prefer that. The one thing that surprised me is that they had a piece of clay where they imprinted Gunner's paws for us to have with us. I am so thankful to Dr. Veena and her assistant, there are not enough words to describe my gratitude. Thank you, and we will keep you in mind for the future and recommend you to our friends and family.
