  • I have been to this spa before but my last visit was the worst. The techs do not appear to like their job and they also don't believe in customer satisfaction. When the techs get tired of someone who actually pays attention to the service they are receiving and may have a comment here or there about something different to do, they get exasperated and make rude comments (such as, "Are you married?" "No." "I can see why.") That kind of stuff is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. The nail service was very expensive compared to other, more accommodating and friendly places around here. Customer service is very much lacking in this establishment and its just not worth it to make another trip here. Ever.
