  • I would give this man, Paul Brown, ZERO stars if it was possible. Do NOT do business with him. He will f up your policy and do everything he can to over charge you. I can never get him on the phone when I call. I leave messages & do not get a call back for weeks. He basically refuses to correspond unless you email. ..& even then refuses to call you if he's unclear about something. Irritated and irate, I decided to create new a policy with a different farmers agent. When I informed Mr. Brown to cancel the policies I had with him, he cancelled ALL of my policies (even the one with my new agent). However, he did reinstate my New policy (with new agent)... but he rewrote the policy under His name, pretending to still be my agent, so he could charge me More & profit off of it. How is this possible ??!!! Do NOT give your business or your hard-earned money to this man.
