  • I'm giving it one star because I do not have the option to give no stars. I found this salon on google using my zip code "89148". When I called I specified I would need two manicure pedicures and one separate pedicure. The women who answered was friendly and outgoing and answered all of my questions with perfect answers. I expected it would be a great experience. It was the exact opposite. Without having to write a novel, the woman doing my nails hands were shaking and clearly she was in a rush. I have "gel polish," which I specified during the phone call, which was being removed with some type of acetone foil wrap. This of course takes place without asking me first. I do ask "what are you doing?" The response far from clear. I explain I'm not familiar with the process she's using but allow her to take control. Once she finished removing the foils she began filing. My nails were crooked and still had a thick layer of the gel she attempted to remove. She asks "how do they look? Go ahead and wash your hands so we can paint". I responded "they are crooked and have a thick layer of gel that wasn't removed". She tosses the file on the small table and tells me to go ahead and "fix". She then walks away! I find myself filing my own nails for 5 minutes. I'm not sure if I was more shocked or furious. The rest is history... The owner, I assume, must have a steady flow of regulars that keep her busy as she didn't care and even began to raise her voice claiming I should have explained more?! More?! What more do I need to say. Lol. Unprofessional. Unbelievable... To top it off my moms manicure tech cut her toe, she too was also rushing... To go home
