  • Always a ridiculous long line with one counter open. Also have had an issue when I picked up "held" mail and they continued to hold our mail after that. Had to go wait in line 45min yet again to get it figured out. They are usually helpful when you finally make it up to the counter but it is just unbelievably understaffed.
