UPDATE: I didn't agree, I offered, to provide an update because Daniel was nice enough to make an effort by coming out in person to address my concerns. I feel that after reading my review, he felt that was in the best interest of the company and I appreciate that he stepped up and did at least that. I am a property manager myself and understand there are times that information can be miscommunicated or misunderstood when 3 parties are involved but that was clearly not the issue here. My concerns are not that the unit was not fixed or that there was a miscommunication issue. I understand there is a process and it was the weekend so repairs might take a little longer. I didn't think it would take this long though. My main concern was the COMPLETE LACK of communication in letting me know my heater was being bypassed basically rigged and the fact that we were rescheduled three times because the technician could not fulfill his service calls in a timely manner forcing us to have to reschedule. People make appointments for a reason and it is an inconvenience to have to reschedule over and over. People have other obligations such as work, children, etc. Additionally no information was communicated by the tech that a TEMPORARY fix was made to the heater. My unit has not been fixed since Sunday, It was RIGGED on Sunday, and finally fixed on Wednesday afternoon. I didn't run my heat on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday AM after I found out the system was bypassed as I did not want to risk the possibility of a fire in my home so we were without heat for until Wednesday.
