  • The worst customer service!! I was helping a friend move some stuff into this storage facility and he had everything already setup online, had his own insurance lined up and was told his unit was ready to move-in...so it should have been a slam dunk. We show up with furniture in the back of my truck pulled up to the gate with a very reasonable expectation to get a gate code so I could start moving stuff in while he signed the papers that should take maybe 5 min. max. The RUDE older white haired guy that was working the front desk at the time was very inconsiderate. He told my friend he would have to wait 30 min before we could move the stuff in because he was helping another customer. The other customer even said he could help my friend first because we have furniture in the truck. The RUDE old guy said no he can wait and walked out the door to show the other guy a unit. Totally unacceptable to treat a paying customer that way! AVOID this place because of the poor management and leaky roofs and flooding others talk about on here. If management reads this the RUDE old white haired guy should be written up!!
