Here's some service failures I've recently experienced at this Ulta unit:
* Out-of-stock in the particular flavor of the product I was looking for. Went back two months later. Stock not replenished for any of the three "flavors" of the product since earlier visit. The first visit, I actually sorted through all three flavors (looking for the flavor that was out-of-stock), so I recall how many of each there were ... and so I'm quite there had been no replenishment of any of the three flavors.
* I was demonstrated a product. Closer examination by me revealed that tester was an entirely different product, in similar sized & shaped container, that had erroneously been placed in the tester's cradle. Demonstrator did not notice.
* Bought product in-the-box. Got home and box contained incorrect flavor of product. Both box and product plainly labeled, proving the mis-match.
My Yelp colleagues report poorly of the units at Lake Mead/Boulder & SilveradoRanch, so I suppose I will haul over to ArroyoCrossing, next outing. Or maybe I'll just order product online.
